This is my new title in our company, addressing the new role I’ll play,after getting parted from R&D.
I’m focusing on establishing our web presence and nourish it as a source of competitive advantage, and then broaden my vision and re-engineer the strategic roles of departments.
My first aim would be to study our Supply Chain and above all the downstream which includes the marketing & sales as well as distribution companies and different customers (Physicians, Pharmacies, Patients), and the relationship between them. There are new activities that can improve our marketing & sales as our core competency in comparison to our competitors. Professional Marketing research system is an important one.
Nevertheless, I’ll be having an opportunity to look at the organization from very different points of view and investigate it as a valuable source of experience in my carrier as I finished the MBA.
